Preparation Meeting for European Youth Meeting for Sustainable Development took place in Tallinn

International Organising Team gathered in Tallinn from 14.04 to 18.04 for a preparatory meeting that aimed to finalise content and technical details and officially conduct the selection process. The purpose of the meeting was to ensure that the Team work is coherent and all objectives will be realised.
Members of Organising Team came from UK, France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Latvia, Russia, Turkey and Moldova. In addition experts from Stakeholder Forum, European Youth Forum and other places took part in the process via skype conference

In a thorough 5-day programme, all sections of the programme of the eventual Meeting were reviewed to make final decisions on content. Final focus and structure of the agenda were set; the number and themes and the work process of the working groups were decided upon; within the Team assignments and responsibilities were divided; and all other necessary decisions were made.

 The second major part was the reviewing and evaluation of all applications received that in the total amount were more then 500 participants and 55 facilitators applications from 85 countries.

 But, the programme also included free time, intercultural dialogue, getting acquainted with the venue of the Meeting of this summer and other similar activities.
